Part number shows this is for a 71-73 Dart with 318 (also fits 340j, but will fit other years.
date code is hard to make out. Looks like 823. The 2 isn’t super clear.

I have a 1977 360 v8 motor in my 1969 dodge dart and I'm wondering if the exhaust manifold would work on the dart? If so I will take it.

Yes, they will bolt up fine.
from my understanding the normal 360 exhaust manifold has a slightly larger port to match the head. If you use this manifold as-is there would be a very small mismatch.
you could easily port the inside of the manifold if performance is important…or use it.
