Hi guys, attempting a 383 swap into a 70 Dart, I've heard B or C body HP exhaust manifolds can be used, I've also heard angle milling to tip them slightly in towards the block is helpful. Any info is much appreciated, thanks!

I agree mostly, Stock 67-69 units are the best!

There are so many ways folks have done this, with different k's, spacers under the K, aftermarket mounts, you name it!

They all have issues, including factory cars!

Factory 383 A body manifolds fit the best, but are expensive. For the same money, you can get TTI headers.

Also, early B body big block non-hi-po log manifold fit. Some think they will even make more power than the factory 383 A body manifolds. Judge for yourself - A body top, B body bottom.

70 -71 hp manifold for a b-body fits with the steering column housing cut back to firewall. 67 -69 do not fit due to the pipe flange turned on the drivers side at a different angle

Only the '67 manifold is different. Rear dump logs do not fit on the passengers side, at least with an RB (hits the firewall).

No angle milling. Use as is just trim the outer column sleeve.
