definitely not a structural component…just a template for the 18ga steel part I’m going to make…I have a 20 ton HF press and some v-dies to for forming the the steel profiles. I have the pieces designed to interlock . Each part is only a 13” long piece. The interior Chanel extends 3” past the exterior channel so they will support each other once they are tig welded together. I’ll post some pictures in a while of the finished part.
