he means coil bind... and what cam you get decides which springs which in turn get installed due to the cam lol...
order a cam... figure out which springs you will need for your app... then set installed height using this...
coil bind + .050 + VALVE LIFT = Installed height...
and when i say valve lift i mean not what it says on the card for 1.5 rockers becasue they arn't 1.5... so get a dial gauge and record how far the retainer moves then you have valve lift...
