4 door hinges

Are the front door hinges the same between a 2 door and a 4 door? I need to replace one of my hinges and not sure if they interchange between the two body types. I would assume so but want to make sure. Also while I'm asking, the hinge with the little wheel goes on top or the bottom? Mine is currently on the bottom but the service manual shows that hinge should be the hinge on the top.

Newbie, I know that 2nd and 3rd generation front hinges are the same and I would have to think so for first gens as well.

yes. front 4 door hinges are the same (i have 65 and later parts books, same numbers)

So does the hinge with the little wheel go on the bottom? I'm thinking mine might be put on reversed.
