I have a 71 dart and I need interior. Will 4 door seats, and trim switch over? They are from a 74.

You'd have to cobble a seat release, as the 4 dr seats are fixed. Doors are shorter, so door panels & trim doesn't swap.

It has door panels, just need seats, and a few plastic trim pieces. Here are some pictures of the 4 door parts I'm wondering about.

Sun visors, yes. Kick panels, yes. Not sure on the other trim. Bottom of rear seat is rounded on the ends, 2 door is not. It might go in and get you by for a while. Front seat has no release to tilt the back up for rear seat access like Demonic stated. It should bolt in though.
