c97477-1 on tail of trans, A3 C-973 on pass side 1-16 095864 Z on drivers side of trans. decode anyone? only numbers i could find...Thanks in advance!

Got a pic? One or two shifter mount pads? Are the pads toward the front, middle, or rear of the tailshaft? How many splines on the input shaft? What's the diameter of the front bearing retainer? Iron case or aluminum? Is the output set up for a slip yoke or does it have a flange? Most of us can tell more about it with that type of information instead of numbers. Sorry.
