4 speed inland shifter....I oiled it up after I took pictures and it seems to work good....Sorry, I do not remember what this was out of.....comes as pictured....no rods...the chrome is good on the handle lever except one spot near the bottom where it chipped off as seen in the pictures....50.00 shipped anywhere in US....
