So I came across a CL ad that a guy had a 70 Dodge 600 with a 318 4 speed. My question is are all 4 speeds the same? Also Im going BB but would love to have a 4 speed. If all the parts are there would this work?

Its out of a D600 are truck 4 speeds useable here?

D 600 = big heavy truck trans np435 or maybe something bigger. Not car friendly.

No they are not the same. That is going to be the NP 435 as daliant stated, granny gear 4 speed. Great if you are building a 4WD.
