4 Torque Thrust Mopar Rims

I have 4 Torque Thrust Mopar Rims. I am not sure if they are american racing or not. They look vintage. They are 14" with new tires. 4.5" bolt pattern. I have two center caps only and a full set of lugs for them.

Thanks. I don't see anything marked on them. I am not sure what brand they are. They are decent but could use a new coat of paint and some elbow grease.
