I'm working on a 1970 plymouth duster planning on using the 400 bb power plant
What I need to know is whats the cheapest headers that won't rob performance that I can use while still gaining ground clearance. It will be a manual steering car as well. I'm only 21 and it won't be a daily driver ittl see weekends and track times mostly

Is this a double post? LOL

I just answered a similar post. Young gun did. 400 into a '71-72.

Big block. Com has a tech section where they fit a verity of B body headers into an A body. I followed the instructions with the headers I had on hand.
It worked very well.

Standard street headers are not the best vs. a larger tube header.

What's cheap?

I'd recomend finding a used set. I'll have a set of headers for sale soon. I've seena bunch around.
