I would like to put a 440 in my 67 Barracuda Notchback.

Is there anything I should know? I.E. changing k-member,
motor mounts, etc.

Thanks for any help.

I was thinking of doing it, but too much hassle.
I plan on a hot 360 that should have plenty of horsepower comparable to a big block and less weight.

go there. http://bigblockdart.com/ they can tell you what you need to do.

but like cudaspaz said, i would go with a hot small block. thats what i did. the brakes work better and the so does the steering wheel. i have a 360 in mine and its scary fast.

i would suggest a 400 block instead of a 440 block and use elephant ears and you'll be OK!!!!

heres our old 69 notchback with a 440.
