489 case 3.91 sure-grip gears

Taken from a '72 shorty, 1/2 ton van powered by a slant six. Very nice gear set, tight and even the gear oil in the axle housing was pretty fresh. Not really interested in shipping, very expensive these days- would be a deal killer unless you had a corporate account or some such

I've bought and paid for shipping on these before...usually runs about $60-$75 for the whole thing. Best way to do it is to secure it in a 5 gal bucket surrounded by cardboard and big bubble wrap. Given the lack of choices for many, shipping isn't an unreasonable cost.

I just got a chance to look in- I worked last weekend and got a bit of a family 'situation' that may be very bad news for me & the wife (no, not divorce). I have gotten 2 PM's and one is offering to pay the ask and UPS P/U from my front door (which is perfect). I've responded back to both PM's, but the guy who offered 1st is 1st in line.

Not trying to be a D or such, just busy and got a lot on the plate. If the 'offerer' doesn't respond back by Wednesday AM, I'll let everybody know
