489 case, carrier bolt?

hi,

not sure if I have the right term here. I'm looking to buy the 4 bolt that hold down the bearing. 2 on each side.

Thats for a 489 casing, any suggestion where I could get those. And more importantly, what's the real name for those :yawinkle:

I would call them the carrier adjustment cap bolts. They shouldnd be changed from their original orientation.

My friend is willing to give me an A body 8 3/4 diferential with that 489 casing, but he gave the bolt away long time ago. So I need to get new one to put there.

Sometimes you can find 741 open carriers dirt cheap or even giveaways. I believe about 99% sure all the 8.75 carrier cap bolts are the same. Rob some from an undesireable carrier.
