i was thinking the same thing until i noticed the heads. his motor should still make goobs of torque though, so i feel he's got a winner there.

he would get more power if he switched to a set of aluminum heads, 440 source makes a nice set of heads

That was the correct answer it has iron heads and low compresion pistons and makes oodles of torque 608 ftpd on dyno torque low in rpms and hp high in rpms i really thank it will be a handfull with the four speed behind it centerforce clutch should get it back to the 8 3/4
