I have a strange one here. I believe it is an A-body 4 speed. The I.D. pad has no numbers at all on it. The casting number on the main case is C99129-H. The tail housing number is C99126-2. The number on the front bearing retainer is 94798. There are three small tags attached to it with screws/rivets. The tags have different 2 or 3 digit numbers. Any ideas? Thanks for any replies. I tried to post pictures, but couldn't get them to load up.

Looking on Brewer's site, it looks like it has the ball & detent style side cover and has one shifter mount pad behind the trans mount pad. So I guess it is an early A-body trans.

tail shaft housing C98126 is for 1969-71 A-body. With all else being equal it should be a 4-speed non OD A-body transmission.

Now that I know what it is, I need to figure what to do with it.
