5.2 magnum exhaust manifolds.

Can I use these 91 exhaust manifolds with a 4-speed conversion with manual steering 65 Dart/vert?
Also possible header advice/options?

‘91 would not be a Magnum.
Magnums started in 1992 model year for 5.2L (318), the 5.9L (360) started in ‘93.

Ok, 92 I guess. Block barcode says 91.

Should probably state the engine when asking, but we guess "must be small-block". They will bolt to 273 heads and many use them. I recall reading of clearance issues on the passenger side, but each car may vary. Worst-case, you might have to use bolts instead of studs & nuts. BTW, I understand that intakes vary. I recall that 340 & 360 ports are taller.

Clearance to zbar linkage 4spd etc.

IIRC youll have a possible issue where the driver flange is to the steering column but that is unconfirmed as I dont have the motor in the bay now.
