Started with good used factory 847 throttle body. Reworked in much the same way The Fastman modifies theirs. Bored thru to 84mm. this is not a "ported" TB, this has been carefully disassembled, cleaned & bored to 84mm (3.307") the front has been tapered out to 85mm in front of the blade. the throttle shaft has been halved & trimmed to further enhance airflow. new throttle blade was CNC machined from 6061 alum plate, with proper edge angle, & attached to shaft with button head screws, using red loctite. All work was done by myself (24 yrs machining exp.) Other than testing to make sure it works, it has not been used since modifications, i made this for my magnum r/t, but have decided to go in different direction. $200 pays for the ride. paypal as gift or money order please.
