These are the core parts to build a 511" low-deck. 1)Baked 1971 '230' thick main web block. 2)Used but fresh grind Ohio 4.250" crank std. B main and 2.2 rod. 3)Used JE 4.375" pistons and pins. 4)Used Eagle 6.535 H-beam with new bolts OR Known-used GRP 6.535 HD 'pro' rod. ($1600. FIRM) I will not seperate.

So the block still needs all the machine work? Or are the parts assembled in the block u have posted? Thanks. Kim

Good stuff, block still needs machining. I now have a KB block, I'm building a bigger/better HP motor. So, unless the 485" I have listed here sells soon, I'll keep that as a good spare. I have seen the '230' block listed for over $1000 alone, and blocks seem to be rare nowadays. The good used parts i feel is a good start (It's the same way I built my 485") and it gets the stuff out of my way while offering it at a good price point for a quick sale!
