Toasted buns and a couple of bacon for me yummmmmy!
Onion slices in olive oil with salt/pepper and what ever else you like. Throw them on the grill until they are soft......we normally just use aluminum foil to hold them in...'Caramelized onions'? never heard of them... but they sound good to me..

They don't need to be swimming in what ever oil you chose, just enough to keep them moist. Might need to experiment a bit...Do believe I am gonna have to give those a try...

(pronounced vie-dale-ya) onions. Vidalia, Georgia is the only place on earth where they grow with the sweet taste they have. Some kinda voodoo about the soil there.

Right on Bro, Its the only onion I use in my marinara. Off the charts delicious.
