Freshly rebuilt heads with maybe 100 miles on them.
While being rebuilt they were thermal cleaned, magna fluxed, bead blasted and jet washed.

They have:
Stainless steel swirl polished 2.02 intake valves
Stainless steel swirl polished 1.60 Exhaust valves (All but one which I had to replace)
Hardened exhaust seats
All new plugs
Single valve springs with damper can take up to .580" lift
Heads have been milled .020" to obtain a 61cc combustion chamber

I will get out to take pictures as soon as I can, hopefully by this weekend. Shipping from 77498. Looking for $500 OBO. Have any questions please feel free to ask.
 
I run a set of those 360 heads,they do make good HP! Well worth the $,good luck with the sale!

No bolts broken off in exhaust holes, and ready to bolt on and go!
 
does the "587" head fit a 340 with no modifiacation. . .I only ask because I saw this "360 "587" castings" in one of the replies. . .

Yes, they will fit any small block. The bigger valves will interfere with the bore on a 273, but they will bolt on.

If you have 2.20 valves put in them like this one, they will run as good as a stock 340 head.

Thank you for answering the question! And I am sure you meant 2.02 valves.

Good deal bump. Run 587's on the 340 in my 65 cuda with similar specs. On a side note your handle Dustin brought back some ancient party memories and is probably why among other things i have days like today where i got to work this morning but do not remember the drive in. Good luck with your sale.

Hi,

Do you think these can run on a 408 with 340 hp exhaust manifolds and a D66 dual quad intake?
How were the valve guides? All new valves?
