Superdart340 got back to me on the question if the MP valve covers fit under the ram tubes. The answer is yes, but oil fill cap/breathers are covered up and may be difficult to a no go on there useage for adding oil.

And the carb end of the dividers were cut on the 'short' rams
On the picture in Dustoff's post, the man is pointing to the place were the dividers ended.
Short Ram on the car, long ram above it.
And my buddy's Long Ram 440 had no problem bouncing off the rev limiter set at 6k.
Of course, he had 2.25 valves and a .509 cam in it.
