63 valiant fender tag

I cant seem to figure out how to decode the fender tag on my 63 valiant. It's not set up like the one in my duster. This is what it reads;

0712 S047 113 702 MM2


The door tag reads;

1132663485

Can anybody help me out on this one? Or at least point me toward a decoder that will actually work. Any info is much appreciated.

With the pre-'69 tags, the spacing relationship among the characters is important, so it's best to post a photo rather than a transcript.
