I see it runs with the Southeast Gassers. In the engine/dyno pic, I see it has aluminum heads. I thought they adhered strictly to the 67 rules packages? Didn't know there were any small mopar alloy heads available then.

Gasser group has a few more options versus SS class , alum heads carry 100 lb weight penalty.

I had a Black 64 Barracuda that I ran for 3 years in the Springfield, Mass area.
Transferred to Biloxi, MS in 73 and when I got orders to Loring AFB, ME I traded it for a 73 elCamino.
2 days later I went back for it and it was gone. Would love to have it back.
Have a 65 that I play with now.

Whoa! I lived in Biloxi in 73 also! I was 2 years old when my dad was transferred there the first time. And now I have a 65 Barracuda too.

Maybe not exactly what you had in mind, but here’s a pic of a family grudge race between my brother and I at the Nats a few years ago. In the end, his big block power won out, but the little Cuda did an admirable job. Now with updated 340 power, I’m ready for a rematch!
