'64 Cuda 225 Pushbutton Fix or Sell?

-
Update:
Crawled underneath to find frame rails rotted out.
That ends my attempt to restore.

I texted the owner of the 273 '64 I mentioned in last post that when he was ready to sell I was interested.

1 month later I now own it.

He had done a lot of work since he got it 6 years ago.
Suspension, brake master, dual exhaust front to back, upper and lower control arms, electronic ignition, steering box, power steering, torsion bars, edelbrock carb, replaced rear axle with a used one that needs new axle bearings and the gears gone through.
He had collector plates which means there is no holes visible rust, rips or tears and is as original condition.

Wish list:
Repair gas gauge and swap tanks from my other car as it is professionally sealed.
Electric choke working. Tuning.
Passing gear kick down.
Speedo gear to match new gear ratio 3.23.
Disc brakes, power?
Maybe upgrade factory radio to FM, USB, Bluetooth?

I will post more pics of the underside after I burn off the gas in full tank so I can swap.
Should I buy a new sending unit, currently the gauge read only 1/ 2 tank or empty?
