Yes they are pictured in the thread. the "base" is the moulding that the top "gt flag" sits in and the moulding runs down the fender about maybe 8" correct?

Can you shot a picture in side view. There is difference between 65 and 66!

not sure what you mean by bases? they set inside the chrome strip and bolt under the fender
