What about initial carb setting should I go a little rich According to the chart
 
What about the try why header versus 4 and 1 header

With the try-Y headers you get a little less rumble but better mid range... From what I understand

A little rich wouldn't be a bad thing and better than lean. Timing advance is more important I think.
Headers are ok on a 273 just because the stock manifolds are pretty restrictive. Magnum manifolds can be used and 67-69 340 manifolds as well with some modifications. Tri-y's usually give you a little more bottom end. It's all about what your engine is and how you are going to use it.
 
I guess around 5500 rpm would be Max??

Not a daily driver take it to the drag strip A couple of times. Just take it for an occasion will drive. Probly end up selling it sometime in the future.
