Hey guys,
Its been about 2 years since I have posted here. The 65 got placed on the backburner and was just sitting for some time. I've have some time on my hands, so I started working on it again. Other the past few weeks I have started painting it. Im pretty happy with it. Its oyster white and should look great with the gold interior once back together. Still needs to be wetsanded and buffed, but progress is progress.

Love the White & Gold.... But then again, I'm biased... (I think)...

Are you going to do Gold Stripes?

lookin good! I am prejudice too, my 65 is that white with gold int, I did put t he gold stripe down the middle! I have always loved the simple pretty of white cars. I f I only had a good set of vintage mags!! or new repops!?? ha

Wouldn't a set of chrome reverse wheels with baby moons look good. My opinion anyway

Im planning to use standard 15" steels with dog dish caps. Most likely painted black and fog the edges with the oyster white.
 
I started to prep the hood for paint today. The front lip was covered in bondo. The metal under is a mess. Dammit and this was my "spare" since the original was swiss cheese in the same area. Now to see if I can find a 3rd locally.
