65 cuda PS box to steering column boot replacement and spline alignment

I have taken out my power steering box on my 65 Cuda to be sent to Firm Feel for refurbishing...While the box is off, I want to clean up the broken up boot coupler that mates the box to the steering column. I can't really tell how to remove and re-install the boot. Also having trouble finding the replacement part. Any thoughts? Also, i realized after I had taken the box out, that I did not mark the spline position. Any tricks to getting my steering wheel straight when I re-install the box?

You can remove the coupler by prying off the cover tabs that are crimped on there. They sell rebuilt kits online. 65'
