Recently bought (2/17/24). She's all there. 273 that i want to cam, 4 barrel, intake, headers. Everything is very brittle. I am open to any and all advice. Thanks

Welcome! Safety first, Brakes. Then cooling clean radiator, hoses, and belts work down from there. Fresh fuel, probably could get it running easily.

If that's a 2bbl engine, then IIRC, it's an 8/1 motor.
If I'm right, my advice is to forget camming it, unless you are also prepared to install a higher than stock stall convertor and more performance-oriented rear gears..
