66 Dart GT question

OK on my car when i got it, unmolested, The V8 and pentastar was ONLY on right fender. no holes on left fender for those items. Is that correct? Fenders were original to the car and for sure it was a V8 car. Thanks to all!!!

It looks like the V8 was only on right sid as well from pics i see.

V8 should be on both fenders, BUT I had a 66 years ago that only had it on one side (don't remember which side), but it was not unmolested even though it was completely stock.

my 66 with the 270 trim package had the V-8 emblem on both sides.
