66 Signet, 14" Rallye wheels- how wide a tire can I fit?

I've got a nice new set of Rallyes; I am going to get some white-letter meat on 'em today, how wide a tire can I fit out back with stock brakes/rallyes and not rub the leaf springs or fenders? Thanks!

14 or 15 inch? How wide? I have 255/60 15 tires mounted on stock Mopar 15x6 on the back of my 66 Valiant, 8 3/4 rear and Mopar S/S springs and they fit great! On a 14 inch rim you could go with a 235/60 14 or 245/60 14 and shouldn't have issues.

Decided on 215/75R15 all the way around, for ease of rotation. No rubbing with stock rallyes! Check it out-

Mine is a Sedan and I run 14'' rallyes all around with 215/70R/14
I like the rotation thing to and it sure fells better now that I have the 13'' off and the 14'' Ralleys on :cheers: I have a full set all around the car know that match the front :-D

I love your setup! Looks classic. I just bought my trim rings, but man... I'm on the verge of keeping the wheels bare! I also love the "stripped" look. Gonna de-trim her this week too..... the body trim is freakin' 3M-ed on! WTF?
