All 67-69 barracudas have rally dash clusters.

67 has two post radio, 68-68 have thumb wheel radio.

Heater switch bezel is small on 67, larger on 68-69.

Heater controls are different on 67. One year only.

67 speedo is screw on connector, 68-69 are clip on.

Trip odometer standard on 67, optional on 68-69

Lighter is in ashtray on 67, on dash near glove box on 68-69.

68 was a transitional year for some of this.

Yep. Spot on. Also the numeral style on the speedometer changed in 1969, and the round centers for the gages were silver with black sides on the 67-68 and 69 they were all black with a silver pinstripe running around the edge. 150mph was an optional speedometer standard on the performance packages.

4 rallye inst' housings. Only the one marked is 68 and later. All others are 67 only. 67 climate controller has left side screw placed between levers and fan switch. The levers stick out at angle, pivot left and right through slightly longer slots in that bezel. 68 and later controller levers slide left and right in tracks. Fan switch is labelled on the 68 bezel, 67 is not. Additional screw beside the wiper switch that 67 doesn't have.
The bottom housing has a piece of broken plastic bezel still on it. The length of that piece of plastic changed with the offset change. So the housing, bezel, and climate controller need to be a matched set.
The dashes are cut away differently for standard or rally inst' panels, and different at radio opening for knob or thumb wheel radio.
