It’s a good frame and in good shape.

I believe you were told incorrectly. That is not a Barracuda dash. Too much opening above radio mount.

Ive been looking at some pictures of A-Body rayllye dash frames I’m actually pretty sure it is a barracuda frame. The ignition key switch is on the dash for the barracuda, the duster and dart have the key switch on the steering column. The open space about the radio is covered but the Rallye gauge bezel.

Glove box door latch appears to be a '67. '68/'69 had push button I believe.
