67 barracuda steering box removel / steering colum

hi how do you back out the steering colulim so I can take the power steering box off

Knock the roll pin out of the coupler that slides onto steering box splines. Remove shift rod if applicable, Inside where the column meets the floor... remove the 3 bolts 1/2 that hold the collar, then move up to right under the dash, at the column, remove plastic trim plate and 3 more 7/16 nuts and ground wire. Pay attention to how far you move it in regards to wire harnesses n such. Lower and slide back, have someone coax the coupler along so it doesnt come apart and drop the steel halves and locater onto the dirt/ground.
