A friend is needs a 273 Commando 4bbl cast iron intake for his '67 Barracuda. Correct me if I'm wrong but a '65 and '66 Comm. Intake will interchange but are they the same part numbers? If not what are the part numbers for each year, specifically 1967?

67 and 66 are interchangeable (they will fit).
64 & 65 have the unique intake bolt to head angle and won't interchange unless you egg out the hole for the "other" application angle.
