Hi, Just found this site on a whim. I bought my coupe about four years ago as a rolling chassis, is mini tubbed and interior stripped except for the dash. Owner I bought it from got it in Kentucky, but had a Florida title. Ex drag car, was a yellow color, but painted black with a six pack scoop badly glassed on the original hood. Car is in good shape over all, but needs work before it can go back on the street or track. It's just been sitting in my yard due to family constraints since I got it. Hope to one day get it back to a street/strip toy, but may sell to let someone carry the torch, not sure yet. It was an original 273 2bbl auto car by VIN decode, I thought it was a 6 cylinder car, but the decode helped me out. My dad had a brand new Formula S in 67 when I was a kid, had it two months before he totaled it avoiding a dog. Still remember riding in the back watching the stars as I looked through the fastback glass laying down as we cruised. Then what it looked like when he brought it home all tore up from signs, posts etc...both sides and front and rear were smashed, but driveable. So hello to you all and I hope inspiration through you all gets me in gear.

I'll get some pics up soon and I appreciate the warm welcome from the Pentastar group and Mopar heads! Wow to think of the cool cars my dad and his brother had when I was a kid in the 60's and early 70's, all Mopars and there was many, they traded for new cars every year or two at the most back then. I remember my dad coming home with a '68 Hemi Road Runner brand new, only for my mom to tell him it shook too much LOL, well he went back and came home with a '68 Dodge Charger R/T 383 auto to appease her, his brother the same day got a new '68 Plymouth GTX 440 auto....ahhh those were the days, but they had many more than that as the years went by....anyway, I'll get some pics up, and I hope that I can get some time in on it soon.
