I'd be calling the DMV to find out what fees are owed. They could be substantial unless you can get the collector car waiver applied.
 
I think I'm dodging a bullet here. One of my misguided sold-it-and-regretted-it cars was a 67 Dart GT. It had some kind of a V8 in it that blew up, so I stuck a 340 from a 72 Challenger in it. Then, inexplicably, I sold it. So this car has a LOT of appeal. However, the title business and back fees to the DMV, along with shipping to WA are going to save me from going after this thing. Too bad, it looks like a killer project car, if only I was a lot closer...
