I have a dash that I took out of my Dart GT in the early '90's. I don't have the ignition switch, what you see is what you get. The pad isn't torn or ripped, but it has a couple of indentations because I didn't store it properly 
It's located in 40601, and I really don't have a desire to ship it to you.
I do travel around a bit, so we might be able to meet an hour or so out.
