67 Dart Gt 383 Fender Tag Decoding Help

Need help decoding the Fender Tag on My 67 Dart GT.
Could not find a specific chart for The Dart.
Appreciate any help.

Bright blue poly paint, dark blue bucket seat interior, dark blue upper door frame paint.
D70-14 redline tires (Qty 5)
Scheduled production date May 23, 1967
Bucket seats
fender turn signals
Sill moulding
Disc brakes

Tinted glass all windows
Ordered car

The E at the end of the 3rd line?

Also, on the 3rd line, The P under the T?

Bottom line is:
LP23 is car type & body, eng, trans, tires, SPD, SO number
E is upper door frame paint

TRM
P6B is dark blue bucket seat interior

but there were a couple of numbers I was not quite sure about.

Repost a photo of your fender tag. Many times a code that does not come up on the web sites can be decoded by matching another fender tag from members like me with one family cars (ie 100% known history)

Also you can get an IBM card for your car from Stellantis historical. I can help you decode it.
