67 Dart Wiper Arm Question.

Before I go and order these, am I right in saying that the new square plastic bushings are an upgrade from the original set up? Cause they look different than what's originally there.
Pics are of my wiper arms (2speed motor)....and the 2 speed kit from DMT.
I know the white plastic piece and the clip are for the wiper motor attachment point, I'm referring to the black bits that I'm assuming go on the pivot area attachment points in my pic?

Found the felt washers. So I guess the black plastic ones are not for 68's even though I see them listed everywhere as "for 67-up ?

67 has a bunch of one year only parts.

My 67 has brass bushing in the linkage with the felt washers like yours.
