68 - 70 oval head rests - step by step restoration - how to??

Could anyone give me a step by step explanation on how to redo or restore the oval head rests in my 70 Dart? These are the 68 - 70 style with the chrome band. Mine are cracked bad and faded. Thanks.

I know that you can send them off to Legendary and they'll recover them. I've never had them quote me a price.

You can buy them new a lot cheaper than you can get them redone. Get in touch with Mike at BE@A he sells them and is a good guy to deal with. Ronnie
