What's the best way to get those nuts off? should i just cut them off or drill out the rivets? The nuts just turn freely.. thanks in advance

That front nose piece that holds the grilles is held on by just a few bolts on the sides. With the help of a friend, it may be easier to remove the whole front nose section so you can lay it down on the ground to get the studs. Try to save as many as you can. The others, cut off and once you have the grilles out, then you can look at how you can replace the studs. For me, I found a correct size screw (I can't remember, but I think like a #6 or #8 or so was the size) that I JB welded in place of the old stud worked great. I did use stainless hardware so I wouldn't have that same battle later. I have heard of others using nylon with success.
