68 Barracuda history search help needed silver spring MD

I have a 68 Barracuda that i am restoring in NC.. I found a MD Registration under the dash. The Registration is a 1975-76 and states the owner as
Marian Helen Afton
8803 Bradford Rd
Silver Spring MD 20901

I have checked all the basic Google people searches and have nothing. I would like to find a family member, that may care there old car is being restored and still around. Plus the family pictures may be a cool addition to my photos. Any tips or help is appreciated.....

I'm in the same boat. I found a registration as well:

I would search the address, or write a letter.
There are also pay sites that give out info on people.

She is dead, check the census family search records. She died in 1986. here is a link, she is listing number 147:

If you click on her name, it will show you she lived in Silver Spring, Montgomery, Maryland.
She was born in 1915. Good luck with your search.
