Crystal ball is down for maintenance. Post a picture.
Never heard of such a thing, are you in the US or overseas? Like said above, post a picture!
I have seen brackets on the rear of some B bodies before, but never anything on the front.I can't post photos. I only use my cell phote to post. I guess these are unusual if a crystal ball is needed?
I seem to recall someone else asking about these things. It was well over ten years ago but I think I remember someone saying that they were used to hold the vehicle to the transport vehicle bed. I can't verify this so I can't be sure. They are just two stamped steel sort of eyelet looking things attached to the front bolts of the sway bar bushing caged on the right and left side of the sway bar. They look a lot like the tow eyes that Mancini sells. Mancini doesn't show them attached to the sway bar. They seem to show them attached (bolted) to a bumper bracket bolt I seem to recall.
I'll wager that they were installed by a previous owner or U-haul dealer.
I have never seen that. On the other hand it's a neat idea if you trailer a car to shows. I would like to see how they actually look on the car. If you chose not to use them, I'll pay shipping and I will play with them. Thanks all. And thanks for the tip for photos. Here is the item in question

The swaybar isn't the best place for those IMO. I'd rather have them attached to a bumper bolt. AR Engineering makes a nice looking one.
