68 DART Trunk panel trim. Reparable?

Can the trunk panel trim be restored if it is dented up? I still have the damaged one and was wondering if it can be fixed, who should I contact?
 
'Paul's Chrome' or 'Mr.Metal Shine.' Both seem to have a good reputation, but prices won't be cheap...if you were here in Seattle I'd steer you towards 'Art Brass' in Georgetown area. They've done a few small things for me and done good work.
