I have not found anyone that sells them separately. You have to buy the kit for the e body rear trim.

It’s the spear with gills.

Shown below on the coupe. But not the fastback (cause not part of the fastback package)

I have seen in person and have pics of a 318 coupe Sport Special with pics of original Window Sticker, fender tag, and I think buildsheet. Maroon and white car like mine was originally
