68 Valiant Big Block

Just bought a 68 Valiant with a 496 big block in it. Definitely a 383 block, stroked with? Full race set up, roller cam/rocker motor, P4532134 heads, extra parts, M-1 intakes, stud girdle etc. So I may be here quite often, asking questions. It has a Ford 9" rear end, and a powerglide trans. 13 inch slicks. Trans brake, line lok, all the race stuff. I'm real excited about this one!

Sounds like a fun car, my only thought is, if it has a Trans Brake, then why the Line Lock?

Oh it's fully tubbed, with 14 inch slicks, Ford 9 " rear end, Powerglide trans, full roll cage, full roller cam 496, Stealth heads, race only. I expect this car to run in the tens at 5600 Feet!

Well on the second time out to the track, we ran 11.34 @ 117 MPH. Still has some left in her, I'm sure. We plan to jet up a little and try again soon. Made 3 passes, and it's running great!
