I have two horn rings. Both are single stitch but one has slight rounded ends and the other has sharper ends. Cant find any identifying marks on either wheel. The one with the sharper ends has been painted black, it was green. The other is factory black and I dont think it has ever been used. Both are in excellent condition. The horn rings are perfect and the padded portion is excellent on both. I do think the one painted black either needs another coat of vinyl spray or take some wax and grease remover and return it to green. The one painted black comes with a dodge center and 4 clips. The other one has no clips. Looking these up they fit 70 Dart, Road Runner and Charger. Not sure of years but 69-70 seems to be what I found. $150 on the painted one and $175 on the factory black one. Houston area, Prefer PayPal
