Trying to help my buddy find a Mopar.He has a 69 AMX to trade.He is wanting a 1968-70 Roadrunner,Demon, or ??.
What he has is a 1969 390 4 speed AMX BIG BAD ORANGE car.Very rare very very few made.This car was rescued from a junk yard in the late 70's and has been sitting in a garage since.Original engine was gone but now has a 68 390.This car very very solid project car one rust hole in the drivers rear floor pan and thats about it.The car is pretty much complete.Car has the buildsheet also.Located in Illinois Jim [email protected]

What kind of deal is he wanting to make? Any pics of the AMX?
 
I might trade a 67 notchback barracuda. It has a new large bolt pattern frontend, disc brakes, 360/727, large bolt pattern 8 3/4...

I also have a '64 2door rambler 770 classic. Partially tubbed, work is not complete yet.

No Notchback Barracudas,Fastback maybe.He is thinking it is worth around
10k.But if you have the right Mopar and only have 4k in it he will trade.He would trade it for a Running or non running project.B Bodys are his main interest,A Body possible but it would all most have to be a driver or clean 340 Demon body. Anything with a 4 speed a plus.
 
My buddy listed the AMX on Ebay.He is really hurting for money.He still may take a trade plus cash but I am not sure.

Hey guys,

I'm new to the sight.

I have a '70 Dart Swinger 'surviver' w/ a '69 GTS interior. The body is solid as a rock, original paint, and it's never been hit.

Everything works....even the freakin' ignition buzzer!

It has 'road and trac' wheels, new windshield, new super-stock leafs, and new Kelsy-Hayes disc brakes up front.
It does however, have a 20 + MPG 225, automatic on the column and the baby rear.

If I don't sell it, I will need to find a dash pad. Any of ya'll have one?

Yes it will need alot of time and money.But the car has very little rust and is 1 of like 200 made.He is willing to sell it alot cheaper now because he is hurting for money.I think you can get it for 4-5K without the engine.
